NDE and Kundalini
NDE subjects often report long-term after-effects, and changes in worldview, such as increased interest in spirituality, greater appreciation for life, increased interest in the meaning of life, increased empathic understanding, decrease in fear of death, higher self-esteem, greater compassion for others, heightened sense of purpose and self-understanding, desire to learn, greater ecological sensitivity and planetary concern, a feeling of being more intuitive or psychic (Mauro, 1992; van Lommel et.al, 2001). Some subjects also report internal feelings of bodily energy and/or altered states of consciousness similar to those associated with the yogic concept of kundalini (Greyson, 2000). price.

Kundalini and Third Eye
We are confronted throughout history with certain symbols. One of them is the serpent, which was always much in evidence wherever the ancient temples devoted to wisdom flourished. Since the old story of Adam and Eve, the serpent has represented two things – Knowledge and Sex – thus hinting at a close connection between them. And the secret is that the Creative Force within us is one single force, whether it be used for physical or mental ends. We have the choice as to which way we shall direct this force, upwards or downwards.

In material-minded or primitive man it continues to be used purely for procreation or sensual gratification. But as man aspires to higher ideals, as he yearns to create mentally and live in the spirit, the force is gradually drawn upwards to the creative principles in the brain.

This force is called by the Easterns the Kundalini, and is likened to a serpent of fire lying coiled at the base of the spine. If man steadily purifies his mind and nature through living chastely and moderately, he is able to magnetize the Kundalini serpent upwards through the channel of his spine, until finally it reaches the Masculine-Feminine principles of the brain and fires them into co-ordination. The man is then filled with inspiration and becomes attuned to the inner world of Wisdom. This can only be accomplished with the help of the ‘Kundalini serpent’. Perhaps Christ gave a hint of this when he said: ‘Be ye wise as serpents.’
Finding of the Third Eye - Vera Adler Stanley

Third Eye
The third eye is a metaphysical and esoteric concept referring in part to the ajna (brow) chakra in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye may alternately symbolize a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply-personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance, precognition, and out-of-body experiences, and people who have allegedly developed the capacity to use their third eyes are sometimes known as seers.

In Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye is a symbol of enlightenment (see moksha and nirvana). In the Indian tradition, it is referred to as the jnana-chaksu, the eye of knowledge, which is the seat of the 'teacher inside' or antar-guru. The third eye is the ajna chakra (sixth chakra) also known as brow chakra or brow centre This is commonly denoted in Indian and East Asian iconography with a dot, eye or mark on the forehead of deities or enlightened beings, such as Shiva (God of Destruction), the Buddha, or any number of yogis, sages and bodhisattvas. This symbol is called the "Third Eye" or "Eye of Wisdom", or, in Buddhism, the urna. In Hinduism, it is believed that the opening of Shiva's third eye causes the eventual destruction of the universe.

•Matthew 6:22, "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."
•Luke 11:34, "The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light;"

Kundalini
Kundalini according to various teachings is believed to be a type of "corporeal energy". Kundalini in Sanskrit literally means either "coiled up" or "coiling like a snake." There are a number of English renderings of the term, such as 'serpent power'.

Kundalini is envisioned as a serpent coiled at the base of the spine.

In Hinduism, kundalini is a part of the subtle body along with chakras and nadis. A number of models of this esoteric anatomy occur in the class of texts known as Agamas or Tantras. This is a large body of scripture, which is rejected by many orthodox brahmins.

According to yogic writings and oral tradition, the force of Kundalini is raised through specific meditative exercises. Kundalini-experiences are understood using the structure of the Hindu chakra system, the psycho-spiritual energy centers along the spine. According to Hindu tradition Kundalini rises from the root chakra up through the spinal channel, (called sushumna), and it is believed to activate each chakra it goes through. Each chakra is said to contain special characteristics . The chakras are any of the nerve plexes or centers of force and consciousness located within the inner bodies of man. When Kundalini Shakti unites itself with the Supreme Being (Lord Shiva), the aspirant gets engrossed in deep meditation during which he perceives infinite bliss . In raising Kundalini, spiritual powers (siddhis) are also believed to arise.

The concept of Kundalini comes from yogic philosophy of ancient India and refers to the mothering intelligence behind yogic awakening and spiritual maturation, where it is also known as Kundalini Shakti. It might be regarded by yogis as a sort of deity, hence the occasional capitalization of the term. Within a western frame of understanding it is often associated with the practice of contemplative or religious practices that might induce an altered state of consciousness, either brought about spontaneously, through a type of yoga, through psychedelic drugs, or through a near-death experience.

Tantra
Tantra is that Asian body of beliefs and practices which, working from the principle that the universe we experience is nothing other than the concrete manifestation of the divine energy of the godhead that creates and maintains that universe, seeks to ritually appropriate and channel that energy, within the human microcosm, in creative and emancipatory ways."

The central teaching in Tantra is that all of life is sacred, especially our sexuality. This is because Tantrism views the sex power as being the same inner energy that powers our enlightenment. The practitioner of sexual Tantra attempts to use the powerful sexual force as an agent for awakening and transcendence.

Tantrics believe that it takes a lot of energy to “remember” the original Oneness. Instead of involving seclusion and a solitary path of abstinence to generate this energy, Tantrism teaches that this energy is available within us all as our sexual power — variously called kundalini (Sanskrit) or Ming Men, “Life Gate Fire” (Chinese). This energy can be awakened and directed toward the spiritual goal of realizing the clear vision of divine unity. In Tantrism, energy and consciousness are one and the same like the two sides of a coin. In the Hindu Tantra, this polarity is personified as Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (life energy). The practitioner of sexual Tantra intends to reach ecstatic union with her or his partner through surrender of the ego to this released energy. Love and sexual attraction stir the energy awake and allow it to rise. Consciousness expands between love partners to the point where there is the possibility of directly experiencing the true nature of each other as a profound identification with the primal god and goddess. It is at this point that the sense of separateness vanishes and a true ecstatic merging or union is possible.

Tantra originated in Hindu India. Though it is not a religion in itself, it is based on the Gods and Goddesses of the Hindu pantheon. The Gods and Goddesses represent the male/female, yin/yang qualities of all humans. Healthy individuals are a unique blend of female and male traits.

Shiva is the supreme God in Tantric beliefs. He represents the male principle and the control and movement of time and all material things. His penis, or Lingam in Sanskrit, is upright, action-oriented, and powerful, commanding a "nerve center" of worldly power.

Shiva's counterpart is Shakti – the female essence. Shakti’s energy runs the universe. Without Shakti, Shiva would have no power. She is the creator, the sustainer, and the destroyer all in one. Consider that a woman gives birth, sustains the child with milk (the equivalent of Mother Earth feeding her children), and takes back her child in death, as does Mother Earth.

These two deities form a union that keeps the universe in perfect harmony, and their story is a metaphor for each of us. According to Tantric philosophy, life is a journey to become a balanced blend of both of male and female, that is, to become whole or unified. With practice, your sexual nature can lead you to this perfect balance.

How You Use the Test Results

Each section above pertains to a different chakra intelligence. If you answered 4 Yeses in one section it means that you are connected to that chakra center. If you answered 3 Yeses it means you have a good understanding of that chakra power. If you only answered only 2 Yeses it means that you have the possibility to use that center but you do not completely understand its function. If you answered one or zero Yeses than it shows that you have little understanding of that chakra’s full potential.

Remember there is no right or wrong–it just is. This Chakra Test was only for you to see that you use different “thoughts of energy” and by understanding your own energy will only help you to achieve your maximum potential.

___ Part One: Red Chakra

___ Part Two: Orange Chakra

___ Part Three: Yellow Chakra

___ Part Four: Green Chakra

___ Part Five: Blue Chakra

___ Part Six: Indigo Chakra

___ Part Seven: Violet Chakra

Increasing a Chakra’s Energy

If you have been truthful you will know and you can see that you have areas that you can improve in your life. This is the first step in accepting who you at this moment in time. The next step is to start doing things to manifest more energy in the chakra center(s) that needs more recognition. Don’t be concerned if all of your centers need work. Most people do not understand their chakras 100%, but that’s why we are here... to learn and to grow!

You also have to understand that in order to become a specialist in a field, you must study, do research and complete practical experiments. Think of your seven chakra centers as different school subjects. Maybe some classes you aced but others you just passed or maybe even failed. As well if you did not go to class, listen to the teacher or study for the final exam any of these factors could have affected your final grades. However, if you learned the material you probably achieved top grades.

Well it’s the same with your chakra centers. How do you expect to have an understanding of your chakra centers if you've never even taken a class in the chakra system? Consider that our chakras are our life subjects. Each chakra center is connected to a level of intelligence that is part of our whole being.

* The Root Chakra is our life force energy. It is also called our Red or Base Center
* The Spleen Chakra is our sensing and feeling energy. It is also called our Orange or Splenic Center
* The Solar Plexus Chakra is our mental energy. It is also called our Yellow or Ego Center
* The Heart Chakra is our emotional energy. It is also called our Green or Cardiac Center
* The Throat Chakra is our communication energy. It is also called our Blue or Laryngeal Center
* The Brow Chakra is our intuitive energy. It is also called our Indigo or Third-Eye Center
* The Crown Chakra is our inspiration and spiritual energy. It is also called our Violet or Coronal Center.

Now that you understand the basics of each chakra and the color vibration it correlates to you can begin to work with “tools” that will help energize the chakra center(s) you need to work on. The main tool I ask people to work with is the “right” (positive) thoughts. If you already have doubts or disbelief your end results will be effected.

Your thoughts are mainly what drive you on a physical level. It is your mind that tells you what to do, what you should learn and how you should act or re-act. This is why first and foremost you need to put the power of your mind into the thought that you are going to work at increasing your chakra system’s vitality. It is simply by acknowledging this that you have taken the first step to empowering your chakras. Congratulations!

How Thought Affects our Chakra Energy.

You must learn that with every thought there is a reaction. This response can either energize you or decrease your life force. For example, when you have a negative thought:

* Brain: Negative thoughts cause the electricity of the brain to change.

* Meridian: Due to the change of the brain electricity, the meridian energy changes.

* Organ: The organs connected with the meridian are not properly nourished with vital energy and disease develops.

* Chakra: The astral energy feedback changes in the chakra due to the bad thought. This thought has less vitality as it is out of the cosmic tune. A block in the chakra occurs.

* Aura: Negative thinking drains away the energy of the aura. The colors become dull and the auric protection shield weaker. Negativity from the outside can pour in.

* Law of Resonance: When negative thoughts are radiated to the environment, all thoughts on that morphogenetic field will be attracted. The negativity becomes stronger and happens more often.

Negative thoughts are against the Godly plan of loving. Bad life conditions will be attracted.

The next step is to use tools to help you achieve your optimum level.

Example of a Dysfunctional
Chakra System.

The root, spleen, throat and brow centers are illustrating energy deficiencies (under-activity); whereas the solar plexus and crown chakra centers are over-active. In this case the chakra system indicates that the individual has little “red” fire to push the “chi” energy through their system. Lack of a healthy root driving force suggests that this person is unable to accomplish their goals or lacks a supportive relationship. A feeling of tiredness would validate this on a physical level.

Basically this person’s chakra system is already in trouble. However, since this individual’s solar plexus and crown centers are their main power stations, they could be accomplishing some tasks as their mental and visionary energies are able to achieve their goals. But on a foundation level they are not very strong and therefore may eventually burn out so that other root or chakra imbalances prevail.

At the root of all faith and religion is energy. It is how we use it, lose it, and create it that counts. No matter what descriptive means you use to discover and enrich your life and those around you, it is the energy behind, inside and beside it that counts.

LEARNING TO CHANNEL THE ENERGY

All around you, and throughout the entire universe, circulates the life energy. It exists not only as an energy field around every living thing, but also circulates through the earth, through the atmosphere around us, and in nature. The flow of this energy connects everything that exists, and you, as a living being, are taking in this life energy at every moment. You are always drawing this life energy into your own energy field, and it is this life energy that supports your life, as well as the life of all you seek to heal. In order to conduct a greater measure of this energy into your patient, for the purposes of performing healing work upon them, you must first learn to bring a greater measure of the energy into your own energy field.

The way you will do this is referred to as Calling in the Energy. After receiving your first attunement you will practice this ability. You will, using your power of visualization, request that this energy begin to flow into you, in greater and greater measure—you will “see,” in your mind’s eye, this energy flowing into you from all around. You will also “see” this energy, as it flows into you, move through your body towards your shoulders, down your arms, and collect in your hands, so that you may transfer this energy into your patient. The first attunement procedure gives you the inner ability to bring in and conduct the energy in this way, and this visualization, this “seeing,” in your mind, will ask and allow the energy to flow in this manner when it is time for you to begin a healing treatment. This is a very useful and important ability to learn. The following exercise will help you in becoming practiced and comfortable in calling in the energy:

Each day, for 3 times or more (at various times during the day), summon the energy. Close your eyes and place your hands in front of you, and effortlessly see, in your mind’s eye, the energy coming into your body from the earth, from above and from all around you. Feel it filling your body and then moving through your shoulders, down your arms and moving into your hands. As you hold your hands in front of you, really see and feel the energy coming into you from the universe, through your body, down your arms, and then filling up your hands like water filling a glove. Allow the energy to collect in your hands—you may feel a tingling or a sensation of heat as it does so. Each time you practice this should only take a minute or two.

After you have become confident in your ability to call in the energy, you can proceed to giving simple healing treatments. During these treatments you will conduct the energy through your hands and into the chakras of your patient. The chakras are the primary energy centers

or energy junctions within the energy field, and it is these centers that you will usually be treating in this first-level course. They are the primary points at which energy enters the body, as well as the points within the energy field where important life-supporting energetic operations take place. You will be placing your hands palms-down in these locations, so that you may channel the healing energy through your hands and into the person you are treating. Using the correct hand positions is an important part of doing so effectively. The correct sequence of hand positions is given later in this level-one section. This energy channeling, through the hands, is the essence of the laying-on-of-hands method (also called hands-on-healing) where the hands of the healer are placed on the body to conduct the energy. You can see how useful the hands are in transferring this energy—they can be moved anywhere on your patient’s body so that the energy can be transferred to any needed location. As you will learn, the hands are also very sensitive to the energy flows, informing the healer of what areas need further treatment.

As you practice this process of calling in the energy and channeling it into your patient, it is best to follow these important guidelines:

* Remove all rings, watches and jewelry from your hands before beginning a treatment. It is also a very good idea, as a courtesy, to wash your hands.

* Do not let doubt interfere. Expect and believe that the energy is flowing. Do not worry—the energy does exist and will flow, if only you allow it.

* Do not press too hard with the hands. You might think that it is better to press firmly when placing the hands, but this is not the case. Use ZERO PRESSURE with the hands to maximize the energy flow.

* BE OPEN to the energy flow. Energy channeling is not a practice of the intellect; it is a practice of RELEASE TO THE ENERGY. Image the energy flowing through you and out of your hands, and you will feel a sense of openness to the energy. You will find, if you simply release yourself to its flow, that it comes easily. Do not try to force the energy, but just open yourself and “see,” in your mind’s eye, the energy flowing through you. Effortless intention alone is sufficient to call in and conduct the energy.

It is important, while you are conducting the healing energy, not to be self-conscious or wonder if you are “doing it correctly.” Don’t worry—it will “do itself.” The energy is intelligent, it is conscious energy, and has the ability to come into you, to conduct through your hands, and work on your patient in the manner that is needed—all without you “making” it do so. The energy, as a manifestation of consciousness, already knows how to move and where to go. Focus instead on opening yourself to feeling and sensing the energy flow in your patient, being aware of the energy as it moves through you and into the body of your patient.

Do not be too concerned with whatever sensations you may feel, or not feel, during energy channeling. For different healers, and with different patients, there will be times when the energy is sensed and also times where it is not sensed, or just barely sensed. The degree to which you “sense” the energy conduction into your patient during energy channeling is not necessarily related to the amount or kind of energy you are conducting or the effectiveness of the treatment you provide. You will find, when you gain a good deal of experience in energy transfer, that you will become “transparent,” in a sense. You may sense the flow of energy through you, but you will also sense a freedom from your body and mind, a simple awareness of acting as a channel for the energy, as though you were witnessing your own body and the energy transfer. Begin to learn to move away from worrying about yourself, and instead begin to become aware of the energy, and the energy field of your patient. In healing, you must “forget yourself” and instead seek to become one with your patient, as you work.

Energy channeling: Alternative Health Dictionary on Vibrational medicine

vibrational medicine (energetic medicine, energetics medicine, energy medicine, subtle-energy medicine, vibrational healing, vibrational therapies): Healing philosophy whose main tenet is that humans are dynamic energy systems (body/mind/spirit complexes) and reflect evolutionary patterns of soul growth.

Its principles include the following:

(a) Health and illness originate in subtle energy systems.

(b) These systems coordinate the life-force and the physical body.

(c) Emotions, spirituality, and nutritional and environmental factors affect the subtle energy systems.

Vibrational medicine embraces acupuncture, aromatherapy, Bach flower therapy, chakra rebalancing, channeling, color breathing, color therapy, crystal healing, absent healing, Electroacupuncture According to Voll (EAV), etheric touch, flower essence therapy, homeopathy, Kirlian photography, laserpuncture, the laying on of hands, meridian therapy, mesmerism, moxibustion, orthomolecular medicine, Past-life Regression, Polarity Therapy, psychic healing, psychic surgery, radionics, the Simonton method, sonopuncture, Toning, Transcendental Meditation, and Therapeutic Touch.

The expressions energy healing, energy work, and energetic healing work appear synonymous with vibrational medicine.

"Some people say they have not yet found themselves, but the self is not something one finds, it is something one creates." Thomas Szasz

When most of us think of creativity we think of the classic forms of expression such as the arts - painting, music, acting, writing, dancing, sculpting - but creativity flows through us in various forms of expression whether
it be business, gardening, raising children, healing, problem solving, all are simply channels of expressing the creative life force within us.

The entire universe is made of creative energy, consciousness that shapes reality. Like art it channels energy from invisible to visible forms. The only function, act or ability of the mind, or consciousness - is creative. Every thought you think, every feeling you experience, every story you tell, every meaning you assign to things is channeling your creative energy out of yourself and into the world as an expression of "you."

Creative energy, like a surging river, "must" be released, it must find expression - it seeks to move from an internal feeling/thought out into the world becoming an external effect, that can be experienced as "form." Whether we call it creative energy, sexual energy, life force, or personal magnetism the dynamic nature of energy demands release, it must be expressed.

All artists have an abundance of life force energy and feel the dynamic force with a special sense of urgency - and find channels that allow an abundant amount of life force to flow through them and into the world through creative expression of various sorts. When an artist paints a picture, the subject is somewhat irrelevant, as it simply expresses the feeling nature of what is being expressed, what is important is the "emotional quality" of the piece as well as the actual experience of creating it. The more the piece lends itself to interpretation, the more fully it engages the creative energy of the person viewing it. All art forms have to be interpreted in order to be understood, or as a way of perceiving the "feeling quality" that motivated the artist who channeled it.

Creative energy is like a double sided sword as illustrated in the fable of "Excalibur." Because creative energy must be channeled, if it's not channeled constructively it turns destructive. Creativity flourishes in an environment of inner security & confidence which is what allows an individual to open up and be willing to experiment with new ideas, take risks, or stepping off the beaten path into the unknown - which means being different, strange, unusual or perhaps outlandish by conventional standards.

Creative energy can best be realized by tuning in to your emotional energy and fully embodying the "feeling state" of your thoughts or ideas. Find the feeling in your body, bring your attention to it, and be present with the feeling and begin expressing what the feeling seems to be about - stories will emerge that form a path of expression that allows the energy to be channeled into reality. Creative energy is experienced and realized as emotions. Emotions motivate, compel us to do something, and have "action" inherent within them.

When we fully engage consciously in channeling creative energy through various forms of self expression we enter the "flow" of life and experience, perhaps for the first time, euphoria. Our bodies are hardwired for pleasure. Life when experienced in the present moment, in the state of "flow" is joy in it's most instinctual aspect. Joy comes through channeling our "SELF" into the world through expression, releasing the creative life force within us, and a creating a "sense of our self" as something beautiful and eloquent.

The only purpose to living, is self creating & self expressing. Bringing an aspect of the whole into existence as a unique, individual entity and creating a whole within the part.

We are Karma Chameleons. While on Earth, you are living in the worlds of reincarnation and karma. Believe it or not, karma begins & ends with love.

Karma begins to propel you as Soul on a personal journey through the universe. Karma ends when you have perfected yourself in your ability to love.

So What is Karma? As Soul you are eternal. You have past, present, and future lives. To grow in love, joy, and awareness, you reincarnate into a series of physical bodies to experience different existences. You have been or will be both sexes and all races, religions, and ethnic types throughout many lifetimes.

Karma Defined: Karma means that "as you sow, so also shall you reap" in this and other lifetimes until you understand the complete consequences of all your actions. Karma is the principle of cause and effect, action and reaction, total cosmic justice and personal responsibility.

The 4 Different "Flavors" of Karma: There are 4 different types of karma that you are always working on:

* Sanchita Karma: the accumulated result of all your actions from all your past lifetimes. This is your total cosmic debt. Every moment of every day either you are adding to it or you are reducing this cosmic debt.

* Prarabdha Karma: the portion of your "sanchita" karma being worked on in the present life. If you work down your agreed upon debt in this lifetime, then more past debts surface to be worked on.

* Agami Karma: the portion of actions in the present life that add to your "sanchita" karma. If you fail to work off your debt, then more debts are added to "sanchita" karma and are sent to future lives.

* Kriyamana Karma: daily, instant karma created in this life that is worked off immediately. These are debts that are created and worked off - ie. you do wrong, you get caught and you spend time in jail

"Resistance is Futile": As Soul, you experience a constant cycle of births and deaths into a series of bodies until you have learned all the spiritual lessons that the totality of all experiences have to teach you. Until you have learned, you will find that "resistance" to the rules of karma is "futile".

The Rules of Karma Governing Life on Earth

#1: KARMA TEACHES BY EXPERIENCE AND NOT TO PUNISH

Although it may often "feel" like punishment, the purpose of karma is to teach not to punish. Often the way we learn "the best" is to endure the same type of suffering that we have inflicted on others. For example, I remember little of my life as a City Commander in ancient Constantinople where I killed many without mercy, often with little justification. Yet, I remember vividly the life where I repaid that karma by being slaughtered by an Indian during the Martin's Hundred massacre. Believe me, I learned the lesson of mercy in the final terrifying moments of the massacre.

#2: WE ARE ALL HERE TO LEARN LESSONS TAUGHT BY KARMA

We are all here to learn lessons as "spiritual beings in human form" (see Rules #1: For "Spiritual Beings Having a Human Experience"). These lessons are designed to help us grow into greater levels of love, joy, and awareness. They teach us to "choose love at every moment", to "forgive everyone, everything", and to "live happy". Where we do not choose love, show forgiveness, teach tolerance, or display compassion, karma intervenes to put us back on the path of these lessons. Quite simply, the only way to achieve a state of karmic balance is to be love.

#3: WE "FORGET" ABOUT KARMA TO SEE IF WE HAVE LEARNED

Before we came, we agreed to put ourself in the path of all that is we needed to learn. Once we got here, we agreed to "forget" this. The purpose of "forgetting" is to keep us from being overwhelmed by the totality of our past while making sure that we have really learned our lessons. For example, having been a General in many lifetimes, I tended to treat others in a domineering manner. In this life, I put myself into my situations where humility would have served me better than being "the dictatorial General". Only when I overcame this "problem" and learned my lesson did I understand why I had put myself into those karmic places.

#4: KARMA IS IMPERSONAL, LOGICAL, AND PREDICTABLE

Karma gives you the opportunity at every moment to become open to greater levels of love and compassion. It operates impersonally: applying to everyone, all the time, no exceptions. It is very logical: what you sow is what you reap in exact and precise measure. Karma is as predictable as the laws of gravity: what is done to you is the net result of what you have done to others.

#5: KARMA IS PERFECTLY FAIR AND CREATES TOTAL JUSTICE

For example, there are no "innocent" people in prison, they are there for a reason. If they appear "innocent" in this life, it is because they were "guilty" in a past life and "got away with it". The "innocent" feel "cheated" now because they cannot see the cause of this life was the effect of a past life when they were "guilty".

#6: KARMA MAKES US LINK OUR ACTIONS WITH THE RESULTS

The cause of this life is always the effect of a past life(s). The goal of karma is to ensure that we link our actions (the cause) with their results (the effect). "It is the loving God which helps each Soul develop it's highest spiritual potential through experience." It is our experience which teaches us the Law of Love.

#7: KARMA TEACHES US TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY

The goal of karma is to give you all the experiences that you need to evolve into greater levels of love, joy, awareness, and responsibility. Karma teaches that you are totally responsible for the circumstances of your life. Karma is like "training wheels". They keep you on the straight and narrow until you have mastered your vehicle and can ride freely on your own (see "Rules #14: Free Will & Karma").

#8: KARMA TEACHES US LOVE AND COMPASSION FOR ALL

"See that you are at the center of the universe... Accept all things as being part of you... When you perceive that an act done to another is done to yourself... you understand the great truth." Tolerance opens the door to compassion and love.

#9: KARMA DRIVES US TO WHOLENESS AND UNITY WITH LIFE

Karma drives us from oneness to wholeness to unity with life. Karma forces us to look beyond ourselves (oneness) so that we can see ourselves as we truly are (wholeness or Self Realization). Once we truly understand ourselves, we can see our divinity (God Realization) and our unity with all life.

#10: KARMA DRIVES US TO SERVICE AND THEN TO LOVE

Karma drives us to service. Service - co-workership with God - is the ulitmate expression of love. Love means service: service is your choice. Once you accept total responsibility for your life, you see yourself as Soul in service to life. Once you do, you become a fully realized co-worker with God.

#11: UNDERSTANDING KARMA IS THE KEY TO HARMONY

"Belief in karma ought to make the life pure, strong, serene, and glad. Only our own deeds can hinder us; only our own will can fetter us. Once let us recognize this truth, and our liberation has struck. Nature cannot enslave the Soul that by wisdom has gained power and uses both in love."

#12: FOR ANY QUESTION, LOVE IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER

Karma shows us that for any question love is the answer. "Love is our birthplace, our final refuge, and our reason for being. If we recognize that compassion and love are the ultimate destination of our journey, the heart of the universe responds."

Unique levels of unavoidable personal adversity exist for everyone and they are discernible in comprehensive numerology and astrology charts.

This finding of ours greatly clashes with modern, New Age spirituality.

As most anyone will admit, life can be unpleasant at times, but you can’t just wave a magic
wand, call on the “Lords of Karma,” or read a best-selling, inspirational, spiritual book and make the distasteful parts of life (i.e., your challenging personal karma) disappear. You must face your own personal challenges squarely because that is how you attain soul growth and balance your spiritual debts.

Wishful Thinking

There exists a “you can be anything you want to be--just believe you can” attitude that permeates not only New Age doctrine, but most of Western society. It’s easy to wholeheartedly embrace this unless you’ve seen the recurring comprehensive numerology and astrology patterns linked to real life circumstances, clearly indicating that no one can be or have anything they want, unless that desire fits within their personal fate.

Whether you believe it or not, your life is intimately connected to the cyclical nature of life, based on your moment and location of birth, along with your other birth data. We’ve found that at least 75% of the main circumstances and events in everyone’s (even those who don’t believe in destiny or karma) lives are predestined: what was, is, and what will be is symbolized by the hidden rhythms and predictable cycles that allow for empirical scientific assessment and projection.

We Fell Into The Same Trap

Before knowing any better in the late 1980s, we fell into the “if you believe, you can achieve anything” trap. Today, we firmly believe (after countless hours of empirical research) in the “if you believe, you can achieve--if it fits within your destined path” concept.

Not being able to have or become everything you want can be difficult to accept. What’s the best way to deal with dreams that may be out of your reach? Aside from acceptance, the better you know yourself the more your desires will be aligned with your karmic blueprint and personal fate, and the more likely you will be to achieve your goals.

Know Thyself

Knowing yourself goes far beyond the limits of your academic testing scores, musical and culinary tastes, or physical abilities. Getting to know your true self also involves your subconscious mind (as seen through handwriting analysis, for example), along with your spiritual heritage which includes your karma and fate, as sought, for example through meditation and, or past life regression.

Interpreting Fate

There exist New Age writers today who claim that some people have incarnated this time around with minimal karma, and therefore their fate can't really be interpreted. We disagree and believe it’s a matter of going deeper, beyond modern methods, to uncover the hidden dynamics of personal destiny. Everyone’s life matters and everyone has an important mission or missions in life, even if it may seem insignificant on the surface, such as offering endless unconditional love to family and friends, for instance.

We have yet to find anyone completely or even mostly free of any of the rough stuff in life. Although someone might have less severe negative karma than average, their fate can still be interpreted.

Fate Seen In The Comprehensive Charts

Employing a complex enough system of checks and balances, you see extremes of destined circumstances and everything in between: affluence, poverty; wellness, disease; unconditional acceptance, intolerance; togetherness, solitude; recognition and fame, obscurity, and much more. By the way, we’ve found that it’s frequently easier to spot challenges rather than rewards in the charts.

There Are Only Two Ways to Reach an Honest Conclusion About Personal Fate

Predestination is witnessed through the objective viewing of the patterns in the comprehensive numerology and astrology charts and past lives of many people, over many years and, as we say above, finding recurring associations between those patterns and life circumstances. We know of no other way to effectively conclude that predestination exists, aside from using strong psychic abilities to consistently predict future life events.

Exclusive Usage of Modern Methods Will Fail You

By the way, if an astrologer tells you they rely exclusively on transit, and or progressed charts for prediction, we recommend you get a second opinion (unless they are consistently very psychic and use some basic cycles as touchstones only). Those types of (surface) indicators are best used for contributing to an existing, extensive analysis involving multiple layers of indicators, just as the “Happy Birthday!” written in icing on a cake is only to top it off; it isn’t the whole cake by any means.

How do we reach this conclusion, you ask? We’ve determined, through an enormous amount of trial and error over many years, that exclusive usage of such methods (and many other modern methods) for outlining personal fate (e.g., prediction) results in very low accuracy levels.

“Experts” Who Deny The Concept of Personal Fate

It’s amazing that so much credit is thoughtlessly given to those who deny the concept of personal fate, those who don’t even bother to test their belief through comparing the symbolism of cyclical timing methods to real life events and, or using psychic research to outline fated future circumstances.

Would you respect an “expert” who denies the existence of tsunamis, never having left the confines of his home state of South Dakota? Or an “expert” who denies the existence of emotional pain due to romantic troubles who has never had a relationship? Of course not.

New Age Best Selling Authors—Poets

It’s common in today’s New Age marketplace to find former journalists, doctors, or psychiatrists (and others who use the instant credibility of their former professions to boost their New Age careers) who very creatively address the hot topic of “influencing or completely altering the divine order of life” (erasing personal fate without having to directly balance it).

They say, “Can it be done?” Perhaps they’re asking the question to themselves because they haven’t done any work involving the outlining or prediction of personal fate. You’ll find hundreds of pages in one or more of their books hopping, skipping, bouncing, and twirling around the topic, ultimately denying that personal fate and karma exist (and denying that personal adversity is unavoidable), building infinite hope made of a house of cards and praying you don’t notice that they base their views purely on creative subjectivity, bloated optimism, and a desire for a best-seller; no doubt they’ll say whatever it takes to keep you on the hook, knowing you might ditch them if they drop the “heart-centered” (i.e., pretense), folk-singing-like prose and get too “fatalistic.” Very few of them ever answer the question directly at all.

To offer only conjecture along with statements such as “Tons in life happens that seems to go against the laws of nature,” makes a “spiritual” writer ultimately appear more like a New Age wordsmith, in our view. But if you like to read that sort of thing, and prefer to view spirituality as an escape rather than a means of self discovery, go right ahead. Lots of people like poetry and we love inspiration too, but only if it’s rooted in spiritual truths.

Cold, Hard, Realities of Life

To some, that might seem too dark and pessimistic. After all, with all the stress and demands in life who wants to face the cold, hard truth of personal adversity, fate, and karma? The purpose is about taking complete responsibility for your life, knowing that you have free will to prepare for challenges and capitalize on more rewarding moments, and accepting the perfectly equitable nature of this universe, which also encourages treating others as you would like to be treated.

We predict that one day these concepts will be universally taught, understood, accepted, and practiced from a young age. Until then, the cycle of karma continues

Where to go from here, any questions, thoughts or similar articles? I must say myself that the very last sentence in this last Karma article belies the very article itself.....even through self knowledge, at any age, any time, Karma will never end, only change, evolve...and so on till the end of which I don't believe will ever come.

I also want to state that Third Eye Studies began for me at age 6, did me more good than bad. Also, I am a serious study of this and have been celibate for 7 going on 8 years of a 10 year personal energy realignment and growth session.

Karma to me is a bit like gravity in physics. Physics arguably has parallels in the mental realm and vice versa. I don't think it is good nor bad but just stuff that exists that we can view and enjoy and make use of without being binded by concepts such as good or bad that we make around or about it. It gets tricky here because the concepts we create and or accept can also bind us and blind us to our own beingness which in itself is unbounded by the concepts we create. The concepts are fun and like building blocks or leggos for children and with our thoughts and concepts we build worlds and relationships and soul groups and myriads of things, and sometimes these are shared concepts even to the point of mass illusions, and I consider this all fun and play, but it is still like Buddha said in the Diamond that cuts through illusion treatise, the physical realm is like a dream and an illusion compared to the Spiritual realm where we are all always together in Eternal Bliss - which is our true home or beingness after all.

Hi May, earlier I had mentioned to you that I was just learning about the good that follows bad. Lets talk about that...good and bad are human responses. This is the trick, redefining good and bad. Every exercise you do regarding your mentality or energy through Buddhism is geared towards changing that perception.
Lavender said earlier, 'bring it back down to earth'...well, if you take the lyrical metaphors and riddles of Buddha and rewrite them with your own real life situations, which I am sure you do, you must realize that he is working your Karma. Thats how you bring it down to earth. I think the single most hard thing to do is to rewrite your perceptions, it requires a lot of forgiveness for yourself to accept responsibility. A person who truly wants to benefit from this understanding must overlay the principles of many studies on top of their life script and really look honestly, almost dispassionatley, at it. After doing so for quite awhile now, I can tell you of a few major benefits, I forgive so easily myself and others, I feel free and happy and that I wouldn't change a thing about my past except perhaps for the look of saddness that is always on my mother's face when she contemplates it. I don't want to do it again though Laughing Going to learn the lesson this time! Going to help my mother forgive herself too. I love you

Lets look at a hard home life, a few of us here share that. How would you, how could you look back at your childhood and take any responsibility for the situation...I don't mean for each and every bad situation that carried on over the hard years, but in a way, with some self reflection, there is probably a reason for the hardships. Something true to you, that only you could of needed. How many of the hardships can you attribute to being vehicles for your personal karmic lessons? For instance, in my numerological make up I have a deficit in my ability to communicate, express myself, feel comfortable with myself. Turns out, I had a life where there were 2 constant women there to continually critisize me in the form of always asking me why 'Why would I say that? Why would you think that? Why would you do that?'. This was probably the single hardest thing in my life to get past. Even the learning I recieved regarding my life was no solace till I was 30ish. But I have to tell you something, I surpassed that childhood situation and my numerical challenge and let me say...it keeps getting better and better. I want to mention the Monk in the tree again, what is the point to his getting past the pain to the pleasure. He didn't just channel that pain away, he sucks it in, changes it, and uses it to accomplish many things...most importantly, he is refining his ability to simply clean negative energy around him.

Well, my pain did not come from my knees being jammed between 2 trees, regardless, the refinement process worked. In the last few years, with a few kind nudges, the interelationships in my family are recovering, forgiveness is catchy. Laughing I love you

The Karma point to this...if I had of spent my life reacting to my childhood, if I didn't learn to speak my mind (my knees still shake), Not only would I likely have to get another lesson, but my mother would not learn the value of self forgiveness from me and probably get another lesson herself. I don't want that to happen. So scars and all, I'm going to love instead.

I have often pondered what the karmic lessons could be in a situation where you cannot reconcile with a parent. Be it from a hard life lived together, or one not lived at all...

Empathy is the ability to "read” and understand people and be in-tune with or resonate with others, voluntarily or involuntarily of one's empath capacity. Empathy often works alongside with telepathy, and this mutually enhances the strength of these abilities.

Empaths have the ability to scan another's psyche for thoughts and feelings or for past, present, and future life occurrences. Many empaths are unaware of how this actually works, and have long accepted that they were “sensitive” to others.

Empathy is a “feeling” of another’s true emotions to a point where an empath can relate to that person by sensing true feelings that run deeper than those portrayed on the surface. People commonly put on a “show” of expression. This is a learned trait of hiding authentic expression in an increasingly demanding society.

An empath can sense the truth behind the “cover” and will act compassionately to help that person express him/herself, thus making them feel at ease and not so desperately alone. It’s as though the empath truly understands, and, in many cases, they do through personal “firsthand” experience.

Empaths experience empathy towards family, children, friends, close associates, complete strangers, pets, plants and inanimate objects. Thus, an empath can feel the emotions of people and things at a distance. Some are empathic towards animals (the “Horse Whisperer”), to nature, to the planetary system, to mechanical devices or to buildings. Others will have a combination of the above.

Empaths are highly “sensitive”. This is the term commonly used in describing one's abilities (sensitivity) to another’s emotions and feelings. Empaths have a deep sense of “knowing” that accompanies empathy and are often compassionate, considerate, and understanding of others. Everyone has this natural ability; however, many never choose to utilize their ability and/or are completely unaware of their empathic ability.

There are also varying levels of strength in empaths which may be related to the individual’s awareness of self, understanding of the powers of empathy, and/or the acceptance or non-acceptance of empathy by those associated with them, including family and peers. Generally, those who are empathic grow up with these tendencies and do not learn about them until later in life.

Empathy is genetic, inherent in our DNA, and passed from generation to generation. It is studied both by traditional science and alternative healing practitioners.

Empathy has both biological/genetic and spiritual aspects. Many will claim that empathy and telepathy are strictly of a “spiritual nature”. This is an injustice; just as it is an injustice to focus only on the physical nature of empathy. For indeed, empathy has very physical, mental and spiritual implications and attributes.

It is not unusual for empaths to have experienced many things in their lives. Often many of their life experiences could be considered rather extreme, adventurous, or daring, allowing empaths to be open and receptive to much more. Whereas some people’s lives may be considered rather “soft or easy” and even enviable, that of an empath is often more than just challenging, with many a major roller coaster ride thrown in here and there!

Empaths often possess the ability to sense others on many different levels. From their position in observing what another is saying, feeling and thinking, they come to understand another. They can become very proficient at reading another person’s body language and/or study intently the eye movements. While this in itself is not empathy, it is a side-shoot that comes from being observant of others. In a sense, empaths have a complete communication package.

While there is much we don’t yet understand about how empathy works, we do have some information. Everything has an energetic vibration or frequency and an empath is able to sense these vibrations and recognize even the subtlest changes undetectable to the naked eye or the five senses.

Words of expression hold an energetic pattern that originates from the speaker. They have a specific meaning particular to the speaker. Behind that expression is a power better known as “energy”. For example, hate often brings about an intense feeling that immediately accompanies the word. The word “hate” becomes strengthened with the speaker’s feeling. It is that person’s feelings (energy) that are picked up by empaths, whether the words are spoken, thought or just felt without verbal or bodily expression.

Empaths are creative in many aspects.. Poets, writers, singers, and artists with a high degree of creativity and imagination. They are known for many talents as their interests are varied, broad and continual. They are mother, father, child, friend, nurse, caregiver, teacher, doctor, sales people... to psychic, clairvoyant, healer, etc. (That is not to say that any of these categories are all empaths.) The list is extensive and really unimportant. It is more important to notice that empaths are everywhere--in every culture and throughout the world.

One of the most obvious places for empathic connection is within the parent/child/family bonds. Mothers show recognizable signs of empathy in the early days of conception and this rapidly increases after birth. Children are often mirroring the feelings and thoughts of their parents and siblings because they are empathically “in tune” with them and exposed to them on a daily basis. It is wonderful for children to grow up with parents in awareness of empathy for the children are less likely to suppress their abilities and accept their natural talents.

Empaths are often very affectionate in personality and expression, great listeners and counselors (and not just in the professional area). They will find themselves helping others and often putting their own needs aside to do so. In the same breath, they can be much the opposite. They may be quiet, withdrawn from the outside world, loners, depressed, neurotic, life’s daydreamers, or even narcissistic.

They are most often passionate towards nature and respect its bountiful beauty. One will often find empaths enjoying the outdoors, beaches, walking, etc. Empaths may find themselves continually drawn to nature as a form of release. It is the opportune place to recapture their senses and gain a sense of peace in the hectic lives they may live. The time to get away from it all and unwind with nature becomes essential to the empath. Animals are often dear to the heart of empaths. It is not uncommon for empaths to have more than one pet in their homes. They can be veterinarians and animal caretakers.

Empaths make great friends for life, but are crushed if the friendship is abused. Over time, they will become far more selective. Though they may have a large circle of friends, they generally only have a few “close” ones.

Empaths are often quiet achievers. They can take a while to handle a compliment for they're more inclined to point out another’s positive attributes. They are highly expressive in all areas of emotional connection, and talk openly, and, at times quite frankly. They may have few problems talking about their feelings if another cares to listen (regardless of how much they listen to others).

However, they can be the exact opposite: reclusive and apparently unresponsive at the best of times. They may even appear ignorant. Some are very good at “blocking out” others and that’s not always a bad thing, at least for the learning empath struggling with a barrage of emotions from others, as well as their own feelings.

Empaths have a tendency to openly feel what is outside of them more so than what is inside of them. This can cause empaths to ignore their own needs. In general an empath is non-violent, non-aggressive and leans more towards being the peacemaker. Any area filled with disharmony creates an uncomfortable feeling in an empath. If they find themselves in the middle of a confrontation, they will endeavor to settle the situation as quickly as possible, if not avoid it all together. If any harsh words are expressed in defending themselves, they will likely resent their lack of self-control, and have a preference to peacefully resolve the problem quickly.
Empaths are more inclined to pick up another’s feelings and project it back without realizing its origin in the first place. Talking things out is a major factor in releasing emotions in the learning empath. Empaths can develop an even stronger degree of understanding so that they can find peace in most situations. The downside is that empaths may bottle up emotions and build barriers sky-high so as to not let others know of their innermost thoughts and/or feelings. This withholding of emotional expression can be a direct result of a traumatic experience, an expressionless upbringing, or simply being told as a child, "Children are meant to be seen and not heard!"

Without a doubt, this emotional withholding can be detrimental to one’s health, for the longer one’s thoughts and/or emotions aren't released, the more power they build. The thoughts and/or emotions can eventually becoming explosive, if not crippling. The need to express oneself honestly is a form of healing and a choice open to all. To not do so can result in a breakdown of the person and result in mental/emotional instability or the creation of a physical ailment, illness or disease.

Empaths are sensitive to TV, videos, movies, news and broadcasts. Violence or emotional dramas depicting shocking scenes of physical or emotional pain inflicted on adults, children or animals can bring an empath easily to tears. At times, they may feel physically ill or choke back the tears. Some empaths will struggle to comprehend any such cruelty, and mayl have grave difficulty in expressing themselves in the face of another’s ignorance, closed-mindedness and obvious lack of compassion. They simply cannot justify the suffering they feel and see.

You will find empaths working with people, animals or nature with a true passion and dedication to help them. They are often tireless teachers and/or caretakers for our environment and all within it. Many volunteers are empathic and give up personal time to help others without pay and/or recognition.

Empaths may be excellent storytellers due to an endless imagination, inquisitive minds and ever-expanding knowledge. They can be old romantics at heart and very gentle. They may also be the “keepers” of ancestral knowledge and family history. If not the obvious family historians, they may be the ones who listen to the stories passed down and possess the majority of the family history. Not surprisingly, they may have started or possess a family tree.

They have a broad interest in music to suit their many expressive temperaments, and others can query how empaths can listen to one style of music, and within minutes, change to something entirely different. Lyrics within a song can have adverse, powerful effects on empaths, especially if it is relevant to a recent experience. In these moments, it is advisable for empaths to listen to music without lyrics, to avoid playing havoc with their emotions!

They are just as expressive with body language as with words, thoughts, and feelings. Their creativity is often expressed through dance, acting, and bodily movements. Empaths can project an incredible amount of energy portraying and/or releasing emotion. Empaths can become lost in the music, to the point of being in a trance-like state; they become one with the music through the expression of their physical bodies. They describe this feeling as a time when all else around them is almost non-existent.

People of all walks of life and animals are attracted to the warmth and genuine compassion of empaths. Regardless of whether others are aware of one being empathic, people are drawn to them as a metal object is to a magnet!

Even complete strangers find it easy to talk to empaths about the most personal things, and before they know it, they have poured out their hearts and souls without intending to do so consciously. It is as though on a sub-conscious level that person knows instinctively that empaths would listen with compassionate understanding. Then again, for empaths, it is always nice to actually be heard themselves!

Here are the listeners of life. They can be outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and a joy to be in the presence of, as well as highly humorous at the most unusual moments! On the flip side, empaths can be weighted with mood swings that will have others around them want to jump overboard and abandon ship! The thoughts and feelings empaths receive from any and all in their life can be so overwhelming (if not understood) that their moods can fluctuate with lightning speed. One moment they may be delightfully happy and with a flick of the switch, miserable.

Abandoning an empath in the throes of alternating moods can create detrimental effects. A simple return of empathic love--listening and caring compassionately without bias, judgment and/or condemnation--can go an incredibly long way to an empath's instant recovery. Many empaths don't understand what is occurring within them. They literally have no idea that another person’s emotions are now felt, as one’s own and reflected outwardly. They are confused as to how one moment all was well, and then the next, they feel so depressed, alone, etc. The need to understand the possibilities of empath connection is a vital part of the empaths journey for themselves and for those around them.

Empaths are often problem solvers, thinkers, and studiers of many things. As far as empaths are concerned, where a problem is, so too is the answer. They often will search until they find one--if only for peace of mind. This can certainly prove beneficial for others in their relationships, in the workplace, or on the home front. Where there is a will, there is a way and the empath will find it. The empath can literally (likely without the knowledge of what’s actually occurring) tap into Universal Knowledge and be receptive to guidance in solving anything they put their head and hearts into.

Empaths often are vivid and/or lucid dreamers. They can dream in detail and are inquisitive of dream content. Often they feel as though the dreams are linked to their physical life somehow, and not just a mumble of nonsensical, irrelevant, meaningless images. This curiosity will lead many empathic dreamers to unravel some of the “mysterious” dream contents from an early age and connect the interpretation to its relevance in their physical life. If not, they may be led to dream interpretations through other means.

Empaths are daydreamers with difficulty keeping focused on the mundane. If life isn't stimulating, off an empath will go into a detached state of mind. They will go somewhere, anywhere, in a thought that appears detached from the physical reality, yet is alive and active for they really are off and away. If a tutor is lecturing with little to no emotional input, empaths will not be receptive to such teaching and can (unintentionally) drift into a state of daydreaming.

Give the empath student the tutor who speaks with stimuli and emotion (through actual experience of any given subject) and the empath is receptively alert. Empaths are a captivated audience. This same principle applies in acting. An actor will either captivate the audience through expressing (in all aspects) emotions (as though they really did experience the role they are portraying) or will loose them entirely. Empaths make outstanding actors.

Empaths frequently experience déjà vu and synchronicities. What may initially start as, "Oh, what a coincidence", will lead to the understanding of synchronicities as an aspect of who they are. These synchronicities will become a welcomed and continually expanding occurrence. As an understanding of self grows, the synchronicities become more fluent and free flowing. The synchronicities can promote a feeling of euphoria as empaths identify with them and appreciate the connection to their empathic nature.

Empaths are most likely to have had varying paranormal experiences throughout their lives. NDE's (Near death experiences) and or OBE's (Out of body experiences) can catapult an unaware empath into the awakening period and provide the momentum for a journey of discovery. Those who get caught up in life, in society’s often dictating ways, in work etc., can become lost in a mechanical way of living that provides very little meaning. All “signs of guidance” are ignored to shift out of this state of “doing”. A path to being whole again becomes evident and a search for more meaning in one’s life begins.

These types of experiences appear dramatic, can be life-altering indeed, and are most assuredly just as intensely memorable in years to come. They are the voice of guidance encouraging us to pursue our journey in awareness. Sometimes, some of us require that extra assistance!

For some empaths, the lack of outside understanding towards paranormal events they experience, may lead to suppressing such abilities. (Most of these abilities are very natural and not a coincidence.) Empaths may unknowingly adopt the positive or negative attitude of others as their own. (This, however, can be overcome.) Empaths may need to follow interests in the paranormal and the unexplained with curiosity so as to explain and accept their life circumstances.

hey Prettybirds, and everyone:

thank you very much for sharing all this wisdom just one more time.

it took me a full day to have my tears subside.

were we not all intended to be empaths?
were we not all at one time empaths, and if so, can we remember ourselves and in such a time?

the life of an empath today can very realistically resemble that of a vegetable in a sociopathic environment faking the sympathies it gathered but cannot adequately reciprocate.

just an acknowledgement soul to soul on this forum. on others, it appears like the greater participation and audience, the more grotesque the dramas between empathy and "reason".

much love and affection to you.
