I have been down the non-tradtional medicine road from acupuncture to reiki and so on and believe me nothing haas even slowed down the degenerative process in slightest sense let alone get rid of it. Even the medicine form the traditional side has done anything to slow it down... nothing at all. Even my wife who is a Reiki practioner says to to do this. I am taking her advice. She is my closest and by far the one who I trust the most.
